Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Program Manager to join the Quality Engineering (QE) division of a large retail company on a hybrid basis in Vancouver BC. The QE Transformation team aims to transform QE capability to improve release quality, velocity, and predictability while lowering total cost of testing. This program will establish modern QE operating models and tooling, integrate with DevSecOps practices, and create a data‑driven culture through robust KPI dashboards and outcome‑focused governance. This team supports the digital retail and guest support center areas of the business. Success requires strong cross‑functional leadership, vendor partnership management, technical fluency in QE, and disciplined program execution. The Program Manager, QE Transformation will lead a multi‑year transformation program to elevate QE. This individual is accountable for planning, governance, execution, and benefits realization. The ideal person for this role with be strong in Program Management fundamentals, being comfortable leading change and a program that will span across all North America digital channels. Further, you will work with your Director and three (3) Managers as your direct team, but your program touches various hub teams and a vast group of stakeholders. You’ll be working cross‑functionally with other Managers, Directors, and delivery teams to drive direction, manage dependencies, head governance, and overall steer the program. Someone with experience in transformations from a Program Management perspective, specifically helping to dig through ambiguity and shape a road map around Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy and automation transformation will be a great fit for this role. In addition, this team is in infancy stages of integrating with a managed service provider, so someone with a proven track record implementing managed services (vendor selection, onboarding, SLAs, performance, and continuous improvement) would be an asset.
