As an Inside Agriculture Equipment Sales Representative, you will have access to an existing customer database and new leads coming in daily. Supported by a digital marketing strategy that includes Google Ads, social media channels, a well-ranking website, and YouTube channel. You can expect a consistent feed of customers to prospect and develop.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Re-establish, qualify, and maintain contact with current small to medium-sized customers to increase repeat business
- Plan customer repeat purchase timelines based on customer conversations and scheduling follow ups
- Proactively generate sales by offering recommendations to inbound leads and following up with them using a structured sales process
- Determine customer requirements through needs analysis and provide solutions/recommendations
- Maintain sales CRM system ensuring timely and accurate sales information is provided
- Attended tradeshows to promote product line and generate new leads

**What we’re looking for**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a sales environment
- Technical/mechanical knowledge of **Irrigation Systems, Tractors, Combines, Skid Steers**:

- Post-Secondary Education and a technical or business background is a plus
- Agriculture equipment market knowledge and/or practical experience with equipment
- Experience following a sales process and using a CRM to schedule sales activity
- Highly organized with proven analytical aptitude, attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Self-motivated, independent and a team player with strong initiative and mindset for continuous improvement
- Computer and systems literate with high proficiencies with Excel and Word
- Knowledge of Hubspot CRM systems is a plus
- Natural curiosity and a desire to learn, grow and develop your skillset

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
