**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Travel and Relationship Building**
- Travel to Hutterite Colonies: Regularly visit Hutterite colonies to understand and address their livestock feed needs. Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with colony members.
- Customer Support: Provide expert advice and solutions for livestock management, feed requirements, and barn issues. Ensure customers are satisfied with the products and services offered.

**Sales and Marketing**
- Build Sales Strategies: Develop and execute effective sales strategies in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager. Identify opportunities for increasing sales and expanding market presence.
- Marketing Fund Management: Balance and allocate marketing funds to maximize return on investment. Monitor and report on marketing activities and expenditures.

**Problem Solving**
- Address Barn Issues: Identify and resolve issues related to livestock barns, including ventilation, feeding systems, and overall barn management. Work closely with colony members to implement practical and efficient solutions.
- Livestock Needs: Analyze and understand the specific feed needs of different livestock. Recommend appropriate feed products and solutions to enhance animal health and productivity.

**Qualifications**
- Experience: Proven experience in agricultural sales, particularly in livestock feed. Previous experience working with Hutterite colonies is an asset.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of livestock nutrition and barn management. Familiarity with agricultural products and feed solutions.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to various Hutterite colonies. Valid driver's license required.
