**Description**

Provide strategic and operational communications analyst support to the Global Finance Services Division (GFSD), supporting change management for key strategic projects

**Duties**
- Partner to support the Change Management Consultant in execution of change management deliverables
- Prepare written communication materials, manage distribution channels and coordinate delivery
- Support coordination of events such as workshops, roadshows, training, and development of related materials
- Maintain stakeholder lists; perform analysis, categorization and report-outs as needed
- Capture and analyze data related to the change, and provide summaries and report-outs as needed
- Partner with Executive Sponsors & Division communications team to provide communications support to Executive Sponsors
- Partner with other project team members on change and communications related activities as needed

**Basic Qualifications**

Demonstrated experience in creating communications and presentation materials for a variety of audiences

Ability to manage, analyze and draw insights from data (e.g. surveys, focus groups, event engagement, stakeholder databases)

Degree in a communications-related field

Graphic design and video editing experience

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Extremely proactive and focused mindset with an ability to manage multiple projects and activities at once

Ability to adapt to multiple cultures and countries; fluent in English

Demonstrated experience as a Communicator within Change Management

Location - within a reasonable commuting distance to the Caterpillar office in Woodbridge Ontario
