The Workday Systems Analyst is a newly created role that offers the unique opportunity to bring Workday support and strategy in-house, replacing reliance on third-party vendors.The Workday Systems Analyst is a great opportunity for a rising Workday professional who’s ready to step into a broader role with visibility across every department and the chance to influence meaningful change. The Workday Systems Analyst comes with a hybrid work schedule and provides the opportunity to be the first in-house Workday owner — a true blank-slate opportunity, work under leadership that values autonomy, support, and growth, and gain exposure from every department.An ideal candidate for the Workday Systems Analysis will be a self-starter who’s excited about taking ownership and building something from the ground up and has strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.ResponsibilitiesServe as the internal owner of the Workday platform, partnering across Human Resources, finance, benefits, and recruiting to ensure optimal system usageLead and support configuration, integration, and maintenance of Workday modulesCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand evolving needs, especially during open enrollment and other annual cyclesReduce dependence on external Workday support partners by bringing system management in-houseIdentify opportunities to improve functionality, efficiency, and end-user experienceDocument and communicate system changes, enhancements, and configurationsWork closely with the benefits team and other department leads on requirements gathering and implementationQualifications3 – 5 years of hands-on experience working with Workday, preferably across multiple modulesProven ability to manage Workday end-to-end — configuration, testing, deployment, and supportBroad exposure across Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), payroll, benefits, finance, and recruiting functionsWorkday certifications, plus but not requiredExperience working with third-party Workday partners, a plusJob DetailsLocation: Murfreesboro, TNEmployment type: Full-timeSalary: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
