**Reports to**: Accounting Manager

**Place of work**: Baie D’Urfé (Montréal), Québec, Canada

**Responsibilities**:

- Process invoices in a timely manner
- Perform a variety of accounts payable and related clerical duties and assists accounting personnel as requested
- Other tasks as required
- Matches invoices to appropriate authorizing documents.
- Codes invoices with appropriate general ledger account numbers and related departments.
- Ensures proper approval in accordance with the company delegation of authority.
- Prepares reports and maintains records and files as needed.
- Prints accounts payable checks and inserts them into appropriate envelopes for mailing.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be Bilingual
- Must have a College Diploma
- Must be able to multi-task
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail required
- Must be proficient in Excel and Word
- Ability to work with dynamic personalities
- Strong organizational skills
