We are actively seeking a **Sales Support Clerk **to joint our team as we continue to expand our reach and services.

As part of the Business Development team, the Sales Support Clerk works closely with Account Manager and other internal services and provide administrative and customer support.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Prepare study outlines, costing and contracts for incoming inquiries, follow-up with client’s inquiries, database management.
- Prepare for client’s visits (agenda, hotel, lunch).
- May participate in conference and tradeshow preparation, marketing materials etc.
- Other related tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum college degree in science or administration. A University degree in a life science is an asset.
- Proficiency in Ms. Office and Internet surfing.
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or providing administrative support is required
- Knowledge of pre-clinical industry or toxicology studies is an asset.;
- Fluency in English language (spoken and written is a must). Bilingual English and French is an asset.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet competing deadlines.
- Able to work in a team setting as well as independently and take initiatives.

**This position offers**:
