We are currently looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join Bucketlist Rewards Every month our platform is being used to positively impact many tens of thousands of employees' lives.

As a Demand Generation Manager dedicated to generating demand for our sales team, you are a marketer who knows how to develop outstanding programs that speak to our Ideal Customer Persona. Key tasks and responsibilities: *
- Work with the marketing team to come up with and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and prospects
- Develop and and launch lead nurturing program to convert new and current prospects
- Overlook Bucketlist rewards website strategy and identify areas for improvement
- Organize events, trade shows, and community in-person/virtual activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, product to develop communications, campaigns, and plans
- Analyze and track marketing metrics, campaigns, and identify new opportunities to boost brand awareness and grow pipeline
- Leverage marketing automation and lead management to build, automate and measure nurture workflows in Hubspot
- Develop a deep understanding of customers, product and align marketing messaging and materials to ICP

**Qualifications**:

- Have 3+ years of experience in a marketing role in a SAAS company with exposure to demand generation strategies and processes
- Love building out marketing campaigns and tracking their performance.
- Comfortable bringing ideas forward and love nothing more than figuring out the way to test if an idea can be successful.
- Have the ability to operate at a strategic level as well as a desire to roll up your sleeves and immerse yourself in the details.
- Skilled project manager capable of successfully managing projects involving tight deadlines, multiple stakeholders, and many competing priorities.
**Experience with some of the following marketing channels and a keenness to learn new skills as required**:

- Copywriting
- Content marketing
- Webinars and partnerships
- SEO
- SEM
- Google Analytics
- Database Management (Hubspot experience preferable but not essential)
- Conversion optimization and A/B testing
- Landing page development
- Blog and whitepaper writing
- Product Marketing understanding and experience
