Join to apply for the Junior Demand Generation Manager role at ActiveState . ActiveState is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Demand Generation Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of marketing experience, eager to develop their skills and contribute to the growth of our Software Supply Chain Security platform. You will support driving Top of Funnel growth by assisting with the development, execution, and analysis of demand generation initiatives. Department: Marketing Location: Vancouver (Remote within North America) Key Responsibilities Support Demand Generation Campaigns across various channels including digital advertising, email, content marketing, social media, and virtual events. Assist in executing daily demand generation activities ensuring campaigns run smoothly. Help manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems under senior guidance. Track, organize, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and KPIs. Identify new opportunities for lead generation and translate ideas into projects. Collaborate with internal teams like Creative, Product, Sales, and Brand. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance demand generation efforts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, or user acquisition, preferably in SaaS or tech. Proficient with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making. Excellent project management and communication skills. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
