**Position Responsibilities**
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of facility and locker rooms at all times by completing necessary duties
- Inspect and monitor equipment regular and complete any maintenance and cleaning checklist duties. Inform the Supervisor, Duty Manager or building maintenance if repairs are needed
- Present strong customer service skills when interacting with facility patrons
- Comply with standards and practices to meet all local and provincial codes as well as YMCA established practices
- Perform general maintenance duties or log requirements in the Communication Binder
- Follow the audit process for service quality assurance
- Assist with inventory management

**What You’ll Need**
- Previous cleaning and/or janitorial experience is an asset
- First Aid and CPR-C is an asset
- Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent is an asset
- Able to obtain a Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
