**Job tasks include, but are not limited to the following**:

- Create and manage a daily production plan for each Factory department.
- Generate communications related to volume variances affecting promised dates.
- Monitor through Team leaders, any mechanical downtime or absenteeism that will affect immediate to mid-term production output and planning.
- Communicate to Factory management and office a projection of any customer deadline change on a regular basis.
- Gather and organize actual performance data against the mapped schedule to project a weekly or monthly variance for on time processing per department.
- Prepare graphs and reports for Factory management to evaluate modifications to our production capacity and available staff resources.
- Participate on departmental meetings related to capacity targets and output.
- Provide assistance to develop guidelines, new functions and improve overall capacity planning.
- Manage all key system metrics and provide support to all ad hoc reports and dashboards.

**Skills/Requirements**:

- **MUST** understand manufacturing, planning and be able to work efficiently with a multidisciplinary team.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in supply chain management or industrial engineering.
- 2 to 4 years relevant work experience.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
- NetSuite is considered an asset.
