This is why we need your expertise and your passion to complete our team. **The role we offer you**: - Understand the interdependencies within the manufacturing environment itself as well as those with other groups. - Identify / optimize cell bottlenecks to ensure adherence to the overall production plan on schedule. - Perform daily monitoring of scheduling plans and make any necessary adjustments. - Act as a resource person for customer service, engineering, project management and manufacturing cells. - Make recommendations for staff adjustments or leveling of production according to the horizontal plane (workload vs capacity). - Analyze the availability of material inputs in order to adjust the workload release plan accordingly and collaborate with the purchasing department to mitigate the impacts on the production plan. - Analyze the new requirements of the master plan and make the necessary changes. - Work closely with engineering groups and project planners to meet deadlines. - Promote clear communication between the parties and ensure follow-ups. - Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or administration. - At least three to five years of relevant experience or training in the field. - Ability to communicate effectively with different groups, colleagues and internal clients. - Be able to answer questions and present information to the various stakeholders in the process (Group manager, Production cell manager, Project manager, Planners, etc.). - In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite. - Familiarity with an integrated management system, preferably Oracle. - Ability to understand the different assembly sequences and identify bottlenecks. - Ability to generate reports with databases using SQL, VBA, Power Query Language M, Power BI not required but definitely a plus. - Bilingualism in French and English is required. **CAE offers**: - An environment where your initiatives will be recognized and valued. - The opportunity to work on a variety of projects in a multidisciplinary team. - A flexible schedule. - Possibility of telework. - Attractive benefits.
