**In your role, you will**:

- Work in collaboration with different tooling departments
- Update the schedules for the various tooling requests and inform the various parties involved;
- Plan and follow up tooling requests;
- Manage the departement’s capacity;
- Organize and present the status of the team’s performance indicators;
- Analyze and allocate new tooling requests to tooldesigners;
- Support requesters and team members during the progress of tooling requests;
- Become a super user of the IT tool for tool management;
- Perform technical writing;
- Understand and master tooling team processes.
- You have a college diploma in mechanical/industrial engineering or equivalent experience;
- You have a relevant experience, minimum 2 yrs, in a manufacturing environment;
- You have a relevant experience in planning or project management;
- You are fluent in French and have a good knowledge of English;
- You are familiar with the aerospace industry;
- You have good analytical and organizational skills;
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy teamwork;
- You are familiar with the Microsoft Office suite;
- You are familiar with Catia V5/NX/Siemens (an asset).
