**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (On-call weekends)
**# of Sites**: 5
**Compensation**: [$3000 per month Salary]

We are currently seeking a **Junior Area Manager** to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and thrives in a leadership role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee security operations across multiple client sites
- Manage day-to-day guard supervision including scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management
- Ensure quality control and conduct periodic site inspections
- Handle client complaints, incident reports, and resolve issues promptly
- Perform general office support duties (e.g., uniform distribution, light cleaning tasks)
- Maintain strong communication with guards and clients
- Respond to after-hours incidents or emergencies on weekends (on-call basis)

**Qualifications**:

- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
- Professional, punctual, and dependable
- Prior supervisory experience in the security industry is an asset
