Mariner Brewing is looking for **all-star servers**to join our team We’re a fast-paced, fun, and community-driven craft brewery with a passion for great beer, excellent service, and an unforgettable guest experience.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- 2+ years Experience in serving or bartending (craft beer knowledge is a bonus)
- Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be 19+ with a valid Serving It Right certification

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Providing top-notch service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Suggesting beer and food pairings to enhance the guest experience
- Handling orders, payments, and ensuring a great environment for guests to have an amazing time
- Bringing energy and personality to every shift
- Setup and pour at special events/ off-site beer gardens
