About Us

On & Off Kitchen + Bar is a modern restaurant focused on quality food, specialty coffee, craft beverages, and exceptional service. We are currently looking for a dedicated full-time Barista/Server/Bartender who is passionate about coffee, guest experience, and teamwork.

Position Overview

This hybrid role is ideal for someone with barista experience who can also work confidently as a server and bartender. The position also includes basic inventory management responsibilities, making it a well-rounded role for a multi-skilled hospitality professional.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare espresso-based and specialty beverages with consistency.
  • Provide friendly and attentive service to guests in the dining area.
  • Bartending: craft cocktails, prepare beverages, and maintain bar operations.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock checks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of barista, bar, and service stations.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Schedule

  • Weekend Member (8:30-21:30)
  • Shifts are 6 hours each, scheduled between 8:30 AM and 9:00 PM closing time.
  • Weekend and statutory holiday availability is required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive hourly wage (based on experience).
  • Tips distributed after completion of 20 training hours.
  • Staff meal provided.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of barista experience required.
  • Previous serving and bartending experience strongly preferred.
  • Inventory and stock management experience is an asset.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong team-player mindset.
  • Must be available weekends and holidays.

Licence/Certification:

  • Serving It Right (preferred)
