**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about the drink menu.
- Accurately process transactions using the POS system, handling cash and credit card payments.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service.

**Experience**
- Previous bartending experience & serving is required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Experience in a restaurant or food service environment is beneficial.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- A commitment to hospitality and providing help to customers at all times.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
