**Your role**

As a Customer Sales and Service Specialist, you will provide a positive sales experience for e-commerce, walk-in, and phone customers. The customers will rely on your packaging knowledge for the best solution to meet their needs.

**Your background and experience**
- Actively seek to build relationships with potential and existing customers through proactive outreach programs and report on opportunities won and those in progress
- Verify potential customer leads through consultations and discuss opportunities with the E-Commerce Manager or Regional Sales Manager
- Partner with the E-Commerce Manager to identify market trends for online promotions to increase sales
- Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in e-commerce and/or customer service preferred.

You will learn about our business, our industry, the sales process, where to gain leads, how to best use our database, and how customer cycles work. Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
