We are expanding our team and seeking a Chemist to support the continued development of our electrochemical technologies, drive innovation in new process designs, and contribute to our strategic growth into new market segments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Advance the development of Valence’s proprietary electrochemical treatment technologies.
- Develop and perform analytical test plans with Valence lab scale equipment to produce wastewater reports across key markets.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to design and test new electrochemical processes.
- Support the expansion of Valence Water into emerging industrial sectors.
- Provide technical expertise to the sales team and assist in customer engagement.
- Participate in general operations and contribute to strategic planning.
- Travel to customer sites for technical support and implementation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (required); Master’s degree is a strong asset.
- Demonstrated experience in water treatment technologies or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to connect technical work with broader strategic business goals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel within North America.

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
