**WONDERING WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?**
Your role will require you to bring a high standard of planning and coordination to your daily work. These responsibilities will be in your domain.
- Conduct detailed scans of specified websites to identify potential opportunities in alignment with core service areas
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of quality tender and expression of interest documentation
- Support with proposal team internal communications and meetings (i.e., schedule and attend meetings, collect notes, and action item lists)
- Follow-up with internal stakeholders to ensure proposal development milestones are met
- Support with the coordination and tracking of actions for cross company business development meetings and initiatives
- Maintain and incorporate new client and opportunity detail in databases, registers, and internal business development documentation within Ecofish’s Client Relationship Management systems
- Support the marketing team with conference and event coordination
**THE QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR.**
- Direct experience coordinating business development initiatives and proposal development and submission
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite would be an asset
- Excellent team player and can work collaboratively with others
- An assertive, cooperative, and effective communicator (written and verbal)
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail and a demonstrated sense of urgency
- Must be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative
