**Position: Shipping & Quality Assurance Coordinator**

VC Ultimate is looking for a detail-driven Shipping & Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our Toronto team. You’ll be at the heart of our operations—ensuring every custom-made product leaves our office on time and meets our exacting quality standards. **Objective**

To contribute strong organizational skills and attention to detail in coordinating shipping, inventory, and quality assurance processes at VC Ultimate—ensuring every custom product meets the company’s high standards for craftsmanship, sustainability, and timely delivery.

**Terms & Remuneration**:

- Term: Full time after a 60 day probationary period.
- Compensation: $22-$27 per hour during the probationary period (24-30 hours per week, flexible Monday to Friday between 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.).
- Salary: $50,000-$56,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
- Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, occasional weekends for events.

**Responsibilities**

**Fulfillment & Inventory Management**

Responsible for maintaining smooth and accurate order fulfillment for VC’s online store and event operations.
- Pick, pack, and fulfill in-stock orders for online and event merchandise.
- Review incoming and completed orders from suppliers with a high level of attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate inventory across all systems; flag discrepancies or low stock promptly. Keep inventory and production areas organized, clean, and safe.
- Perform cycle counts and update records for blanks, finished goods, and event inventory.
- Tag, hang, and prepare merchandise for events; process returns and re-stock efficiently after each event.
- Coordinate and guide assistants or seasonal staff during high-volume periods.

**Quality Assurance**

Accountable for upholding VC’s standards for product accuracy, finish, and presentation.
- Inspect incoming goods from suppliers and completed orders from production.
- Verify all order components for accuracy and completeness prior to shipping.
- Document and report any issues or defects to production for resolution.
- Conduct regular spot checks to maintain consistent product quality.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in production and fulfillment processes.

**Shipping & Logistics**

Oversees daily shipping operations and ensures orders are delivered efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate shipment pick-ups and drop-offs with local and international carriers.
- Receive goods from multiple suppliers and prepare them for final embellishment or inspection.
- Package orders according to VC’s shipping standards to prevent damage and minimize waste.
- Track shipments and manage customs clearance for international deliveries.
- Maintain complete and accurate shipping records within internal systems.
- Coordinate returns and exchanges with customers, events, and partners.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse and fulfillment area at all times.
- 2+ years’ experience in fulfillment, logistics, or quality assurance.
- High attention to detail and a love for organization.
- Comfort using Google Workspace and Excel/Sheets.
- Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and move safely in a warehouse setting.
- Valid G license and access to a personal car for local deliveries at suppliers of events (mileage will be reimbursed).

Pay: $50,000.00-$56,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
