Our mission is to accelerate the development of efficient therapies to patients and our values are respect for human and animal lives, integrity, scientific excellence, and innovation with ethical and environmental responsibility. **Your Challenges** Ananda Devices is seeking a motivated, creative, and ambitious early-career professional to join our team as a Business Development and Marketing Associate. While a background in biological sciences is an asset, it is not required. You’ll thrive in this role if you are passionate about business development and marketing, enjoy cultivating new opportunities, and excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a Business Development and Marketing Associate, your primary focus will be on expanding Ananda Devices' recognition within the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic industries, and academia. You will also play a key role in marketing activities, such as conference planning, managing our social media presence, and supporting client accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business leads, supporting sales efforts, with a secondary focus on marketing activities to increase brand visibility. This position offers the opportunity to grow with a cutting-edge company at the forefront of innovation, with close mentorship from company leadership and a chance to shape our evolving culture. We're looking for someone with some initial experience who is eager to grow and develop alongside our team, ideally someone who has started their career and is looking to take the next step. **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with the CEO to enhance client relationships and drive sales of our devices and services. - Research potential clients and identify new sales leads in the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic industries, and academia - Conduct presentations to potential clients and partners, effectively communicating our company's value proposition. - Assist in preparing sales materials, proposals, and presentations for client meetings and support the CEO and senior team members with client follow-ups and deal closings. - Collaborate on the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, including conference participation and social media management. - Manage client onboarding and training sessions, occasionally communicating and presenting project updates to clients as needed. - Maintain and organize client data in the CRM system. - Assist in preparing business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and other relevant documents. - Balance multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. - Proactively identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential partners. - Engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in biological sciences or related field is an asset. - 1-3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or client services. - Experience with lead generation, client outreach, sales support, and marketing collaboration. - Experience with social media management and conference planning is a plus. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - A good team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys contributing to shared goals. - A proactive, "roll-up-the-sleeves" attitude towards problem-solving and project management. - Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. - A passion for science and innovation, with an ethical approach to business and respect for confidentiality, human, and animal life. **What We Offer** - An opportunity to grow in a young, dynamic team. - A collaborative work environment that values integrity, innovation, and scientific excellence. - The chance to make a meaningful impact in a growing company at the forefront of cutting-edge research tools, with close mentorship from company management and the opportunity to help shape our evolving company culture.
