We are looking for a Business Development Associate-Strategic Growth, to join our team and support the business development and deal origination. Working alongside our executive team, you will be involved in various mergers and acquisitions projects and work internally with the team to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Your ability to build solid and trusting relationships with business owners and executives is what will drive your success at Norcap
- **Responsibilities**_
Responsible for the origination of new business opportunities for our clients
- Participate in the personalized business development strategy for each client
- Establish initial contact with business owners and executives
- Daily telephone follow-ups
- Coordinate meetings between business owners, executives and Norcap’s management team
- Participate and attend meetings as needed
Contribute to the origination of new business opportunities for NORCAP
- Participate in business development activities and industry events
- Improve and update business development tools as needed
- Manage communications on LinkedIn
- **Requirements**_
- Demonstrated success in prospecting and pipeline management
- Minimum of 2-5 years experience in relevant Corporate Development (B2B)
- Diploma in Business, Finance, Marketing, or other relevant field of study
- Ability to carry high-level conversations with business owners and executives
- Strong business development, interpersonal interaction and articulation skills
- Self-starter, ambitious, entrepreneurial spirit, willing to take on challenges and deliver results
- High standards of professional and ethical conduct
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Fluent in English and French)
- Experience in Financial Services (considered an asset)

- Ability to work remotely
