Purchase to Pay: Analyst / Concierge Support
- **Term: 12 months, with possibility of permanency**:

- Work week: 40 hours
- Location: Montreal
- Hybrid: min 2 days working from the office
- Flexible hours may require coverage of different time zone shifts

**About the role**
We are looking for a Purchase to Pay Analyst / Concierge Support, who will fulfill the level 1 and at times level 2, inquiry support for our North American business units. The role will collaborate with both regional and global partners to process transactions, while ensuring the business requirements and escalations are fulfilled in a timely manner.
This role is a great opportunity for a passionate self-starter who can hit the ground running. Reporting into the Purchase to Pay team, and working in a collaborative community within Global Services, Procurement, and various Business Units, you will:

- Be engaging with stakeholders across various regions within North America, and working effectively to resolve queries and escalations
- Monitoring of Level 1 Concierge queries, with possible extension to level 2 support for specific business units
- Determining and prioritizing the urgency of Concierge support tickets and direct inquiries.
- Ensuring that the tickets are classified correctly and routed to the appropriate resolver.
- Support, with possibility to reconcile, Accounts Payable escalations and trouble shooting
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date, and purchase orders are accurately composed
- Research and resolve invoice, or purchase requisition/ purchase order, discrepancies and issues
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries, whilst ensuring compliance requirements are adhered to
- Possibility to educate, and train the business units on processes, and SAP functionalities
- To read and analyse reports appropriate to the responsibilities of the role.

- There may be some evolution in the role but would predominantly be an analytical function.

**About you**
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:

- Advanced in French and English, both written and speaking
- To show confidence, through excellent communication skills, to approach and influence stakeholders, which can include operational teams, vendors, and commercial teams.
- Knowledge of general purchasing and accounting procedures
- **Extensive knowledge and previous experience with SAP, Ariba Network, Power BI and SharePoint.**:

- Experience with **change management**:

- Proficiency in **data entry and management**:

- 1-3 years procure to pay transactional experience

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- purchasing: 3 years (preferred)
