**Position Summary**:
Stella-Jones is hiring for a Procure-to-Pay Analyst supporting the Accounts Payable team. The successful individual will be accountable for reviewing the GR/IR ledger, identifying variances and staying on top of GRs missing IRs. This is a new position in the organization supporting the implementation of SAP. The right individual will take an ownership approach to ensuring all invoices are resolved in a timely manner, penalty fees are minimized and business performance is optimized.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Review SAP exception reports to identify missing invoices in a timely manner
- Conduct problem resolution to identify and resolve common trends
- Build relationships with procurement and operations personnel and accounting to clear outstanding items
- Investigate and identify trends in the Procure-to-Pay cycle; partner with business managers to resolve
- Monitor GR/IR reports to ensure balances are current and supported with active line items
- Review A/P reports weekly to identify aging items; follow-up with stakeholders and take appropriate actions to ensure prompt payment
- Develop standard operating procedures for AP personnel
- Complete analysis to support business needs
- Performs other duties as assigned

**Experience**:
- 5+ years’ relevant experience with career growth
- 5+ years experience in Accounts Payable function
- 5+ years experience with SAP and OCR technology preferred
**Language**:
- Proficiency in French and English, spoken and written.
**Education**:
- High School Diploma and/or post-secondary certification
