**Key Responsibilities**
- Implementing company standards
- Schedule department staff to maximize customer service and fulfill business needs
- Responsible for stock rotation and pricing
- Assist with store relines and execute merchandising and promotional plans
- Maintenance of service and selling area
- Merchandise products for display
- To clean the work area ensuring the sanitation of the department meets with store standards.
- To follow the store safety procedures at all times.
- To respond to any customer inquiries or requests maintaining courteous customer relations at all times.
- Adhere to strict cleaning schedule ensuring a high level of cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Able to take direction and follow planograms or merchandising plans
- Able to meet needs and demands of customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Good communication and listening skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Able to stack, push and pull fully loaded pallets
- Able to stand for a long period of time
- Demonstrated commitment to customer and employee relations.
- Able to work as a member of a team and support the execution of team goals.
- ** Must be available DAYS/EVENINGS & WEEKENDS**
