**SCOPE OF POSITION**:
The Maintenance Clerk is responsible for maintaining inventory and maintenance records by performing administrative tasks.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Providing general clerical support, including data inputting, processing, and updating; routing correspondence; and maintaining digital records.
- Performing document and file management functions, including e-filing.
- Entering purchase orders.
- Works with the accounting department to ensure receipts and payments are processed accurately.
- Ensure data quality and integrity.
- Photocopying and scanning documents.
- Assist with the department’s involvement in Occupational Health & Safety.
- Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy, research any discrepancies, make corrective actions.
- Receiving goods and ensuring they are issued to the appropriate work order.
- Maintain preventative maintenance system and monitor work orders.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Required credentials**:
- High school diploma.
- Business/administrative certificate and/or diploma an asset.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Valid Driver’slicense.
- Must have a focus on safety and adherence to site safety rules.
- Demonstrated capability to interact directly with all levels of employees.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently.
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
