**Minimum Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years of work experience in Human Resources where you worked with Payroll (ADP, Workforce Now), benefits, and compliance while being employed in a manufacturing/production environment.
- A diploma/degree in Human Resources
- Preference is for someone who is pursuing or has their CHRP
- Experience with Health and Safety programs while being employed with a manufacturing company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Payroll for over 80 Employees.
- Work experience with the Human Right Act, Employment Standard Act, OH&SA, Labour Relations Act, etc.
- Maintains human resources as well as health and safety programs
- Assist managers while conducting investigations
- Offers guidance to managers for the discipline process
- Conduct orientation as well as exit interviews.
- Maintains job postings
- Assists and develops new HR as well as EHS programs

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
