International Beauty Institute is currently looking for an Admissions Advisor at our Toronto Campus. We are seeking a positive, energetic, customer focused and results driven sales person responsible for enrolling prospective students. **Admissions Advisor profile**:

- 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Engaging telephone skills and demeanour
- Ability to build rapport on the phone and in person
- Commitment to student success
- Strong self-discipline and the ability to work independently and with a team
- Working in a fast paced environment
- High standards of ethics and integrity
- An aesthetics background is required

**Admissions Advisor is responsible for the following**:

- Manage student leads and respond to inquiries
- Guide and encourage qualified students to enroll into suitable programs
- Guide prospective students through the process of admissions and registration
- Conducting tours for all prospective students that come for interviews.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of student information
- Meet/Exceed monthly goals and targets
- Book daily appointments for tours
- Create enrolment contracts for diplomas, certificates and workshops
- Create welcome letters and student enrolment letters for diplomas

**Job Type: Full Time, Permanent**

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
