The Admissions Coordinator duties include:

- completing the enrolment process after admissions advisor registers a student such as:

- Enrolling students into online classes via Thinkific
- Enrolling students into practical classes when online theory is complete
- Making sure students are on proper attendances and are carried through their program
- Following up with online students to make sure they have completed all online theory prior to doing practical and getting their certificates
- Contacting students to let them know their practical start date
- Creating schedules for students
- Sending midpoints to students via Adobe Sign
- Graduating students
- Printing transcripts and attendance
- Printing diplomas and certificates
- addressing any student concerns
- meeting students upon request to discuss their file
- overseeing instructors
- collecting student payments
- organizing upcoming classes
- setting up Zoom classes
- updating Sales Calendar
- instructor schedules
- coordinate training for employees
- T2202A forms for all students
- give explanations of courses to potential students
- promote diploma and certificate classes to current students
- sales (both clinic products and sales of courses offered)
- cover admissions when needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in admissions or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with Campuslogin software or other student information systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
