**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

- **Student Recruitment**

  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit domestic students for our college programs.
  • Conduct outreach activities, including campus tours, information sessions, and college fairs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other educational institutions.

- **Admissions Counseling**

  • Provide prospective students with detailed information about our programs, admission requirements, and financial aid options.

- **Relationship Management**

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families.
  • Follow up with accepted students to encourage enrollment and ensure a smooth transition to college life.

- **Collaboration and Reporting**

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to prospective students.

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 years of previous experience in admissions, student recruitment, or a related role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with admissions software is a plus.
  • A passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.
  • Goal oriented, deadline focused
  • Strong level of initiative and dedication to work

Pay: $38,000.00-$43,000.00 per year
