We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Domestic Admissions Advisor to join our team and help recruit domestic students to our programs.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Recruitment**:

- Develop and implement strategies to recruit domestic students for our college programs.
- Conduct outreach activities, including campus tours, information sessions, and college fairs.
- Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other educational institutions.
- **Admissions Counseling**:

- Provide prospective students with detailed information about our programs, admission requirements, and financial aid options.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families.
- Follow up with accepted students to encourage enrollment and ensure a smooth transition to college life.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to prospective students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years of previous experience in admissions, student recruitment, or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with admissions software is a plus.
- A passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.
- Goal oriented, deadline focused
- Strong level of initiative and dedication to work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $38,000.00-$43,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON M2N 5N1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
