**Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and foster long-term relationships with key clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize mutual value while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Identify opportunities for business growth through market analysis, client feedback, and industry trends.
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring client retention.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support account growth initiatives.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track account activity, sales pipelines, and customer interactions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Conduct regular analysis of account performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional relationships.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data and sales activities.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, assess market trends, and develop strategic plans.
- Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
