This unique opportunity allows you to deliver care to your clients in conjunction with leading and effectively coaching, mentoring and engaging your clinical staff The Manager of Clinic Services will foster relationships in the community that result in business growth, clinical excellence and associated business outcomes.

You will call upon your leadership and problem-solving skills to provide overall clinical and managerial expertise, with direct responsibility for supervising, and organizing care for clients. Your focus will be on achieving the best possible outcomes, while monitoring staffing needs, supervision and guidance.

**PRIMARY DUTIES**
As Manager of Clinic Services, you will:

- Lead and retain high-performing talent that naturally lives the purpose, values and client promise of the organization.
- Coach, mentor, develop and performance manage team members through consistent use of PPD process, ensuring all team members understand their key accountabilities and perform to the expected level and have access to training and development resources
- Lead hiring and onboarding activities of Clinical and non-Clinical team members with focus on creating a talent rich and high performing team
- Lead the clinic team in delivering all services with a focus on excellence in client experience
- Deliver a strong team member experience through leading clinic engagement initiatives by executing on action plans derived from engagement survey results, town halls and advisory committees
- Provide access to care through service provision (Clinical) or contribute towards client experience and business initiatives of the clinic or the local area clinics (non-Clinical).
- Set and deliver on clinic goals that align with the key strategic priorities
- Implement service delivery models and monitor client care and outcomes through file reviews with clinical team and review of clinical practice indicators
- Align service delivery with key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyzes, reports on, action plans, and executes to address variance clinical outcomes.
- Ensure all practices are conducted with integrity and in alignment with Best Practice and CBI Health policies, including Privacy policies.
- Align local objectives to organizational key strategic priorities and functional goals, identifying clinical metrics to meet and exceed the CBI vision and values.
- Organize resources to solve problems and make tough decisions, while functioning independently as well as part of a team while being in clinic daily

**QUALIFICATIONS**
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:

- 2+ years in a private clinic/rehab experience
- Be results-oriented, adaptable, well organized and able to function independently
- Possess sound written and verbal communication and multi-tasking skills
- Be able to provide employee development and coaching
- Be willing to further your skills through additional training
