**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Business Operations Manager (BOM), the Clinical Supervisor (CS) is responsible for the delivery of ErinoakKids service delivery at an assigned site. The CS provides supervision and leadership to the clinical team, monitors their assigned team so they meet/exceed their performance and operational targets, ensures the delivery of high quality clinical services and positive customer experience; assists with clinical workload management, outcome measures, and quality improvement initiatives.
**Major Responsibilities**:
- Provides day-to-day supervision of assigned multidisciplinary clinical team;
- Assumes accountability for clinical decisions;
- Assumes shared accountability with BOM of site financial, operational and clinical targets;
- Monitors and reports on metrics of performance targets related to the site;
- In collaboration with BOM, provide tactical direction for program and service development to increase business opportunities, client loyalty and fee for service frequency;
- Organizes clinical caseloads and staff schedules to achieve optimal resource capacity and maximum billable hours;
- Provides support to any escalated client questions or concerns;
- Interfaces with CLASS department to facilitate efficient operational processes, customer onboarding and coordination/integration of clinical needs;
- Facilitates the resolution of work issues and monitors operational/clinical activities to ensure performance requirements are met;
- Promotes integrated service delivery model to enhance customer experience and clinical outcomes;
- Maximizes the use of available resources, identify and address staff complement needs, in conjunction with Human Resources;
- Assists in the delivery of the site specific on-boarding process, and sets the performance expectations of new staff;
- Provides management and coaching support to team members, engaging Human Resources as appropriate;
- Ensures annual and probationary performance reviews are completed for all staff;
- Ensures compliance with all relevant policies and procedures;
- Consult with BOM to identify and ensure integration of services;
- All other reasonable duties as assigned and identified by the organization.
**Qualifications**:
- Master’s degree in a health related discipline is required;
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required;
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience working with children with ASD and their families;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising and leading a team is required;
- Excellent knowledge and skill in the delivery of a range of services based on the principles of ABA for children with ASD;
- Proven experience in motivating and leading people;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution and problem solving skills;
- Excellent MS Office and Meditech proficiency is required;
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset;
- Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays**.**
