Responsibilities;
Manage Phone systems, faxes and private billings, sending referrals, returning patient calls and addressing concerns & inquiries, scanning patient information, registering and welcoming patients, communicate general clinic information to clients, receiving, filing & distributing mail, schedule, modify and confirm appointments, record and relay information accurately, liaising with medical laboratories/ physician offices for appropriate patient documentation, stocking medical supplies in exam rooms, maintain cleanliness of clinic, coordinate the flow of patients in the examination and treatment areas, accompany physicians during sensitive examinations as required, perform height and weight measurements as required. Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Experience

Must have 1-2 years experience in a medical clinic

Proficiency in use of of computers and electronic medical record (Oscar Pro solution is an asset)

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent communication skills

Expected start date: To be negotiated

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
