As our Strategic Account Manager, you’ll report directly to the Co-Founder / Managing Director of Somedays & Aisle and play a crucial role in our early growth journey into retail. This brand-new position is tailor-made for someone who loves to roll up their sleeves, embrace a sales-focused mindset, and build something extraordinary from the ground up across our two brands.

Your entrepreneurial spirit will be key as you drive expansion and cultivate meaningful partnerships with key accounts. You’ll be instrumental in laying the foundation for lasting brand loyalty with our retail partners, making a significant impact as we shape the future of simplified wellness.

In this Vancouver, BC-based role, you’ll balance your time between visiting retail partners and working from home, with occasional in-person team meetings.

**A Day In The Life**
- Support the launch and growth of strategic accounts in Canada while collaborating with brokers and distributors to meet goals and optimize costs—because excellence starts with a solid foundation.
- Lead the expansion of existing accounts to exceed sales plans and align partnership strategies with our overall business objectives.
- Identify and secure new customers following our sales channel strategy, spreading the magic of our simplified wellness solutions.
- Build genuine relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships for shared success.
- Meet and exceed targets for profitable sales volume while focusing on strategic objectives that create lasting impact.
- Coordinate company resources effectively to meet and surpass performance goals and customer expectations, because great things happen when we work together.
- Proactively lead territory strategic planning, including key account promotions that make our solutions shine in regional retailers.
- Develop clear and mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones that support successful product launches and long-term partnerships.
- Stay attuned to customer needs, ensuring our offerings align with what matters most to them.
- Engage in creative problem-solving that addresses customer needs while collaborating with internal teams.
- Maintain an active presence through regular market visits and meaningful customer engagement with key partnerships, because real growth happens through real connections.

**You Bring**:

- 3+ years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods and Natural Health Industry (supplements industry preferred) — you know what makes wellness work.
- 3+ years of key account management experience in Canada, with a proven track record of building lasting relationships.
- An entrepreneurial spirit that thrives on building brands and creating impact.
- A knack for making genuine connections — you’re energized by cultivating meaningful partnerships
- Hands-on experience successfully managing distributor and broker relationships.
- A customer-first mindset, working proactively with the team to deliver service that exceeds expectations.
- Strong execution skills, adept at juggling multiple priorities while finding smart ways to navigate our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Curiosity and analytical skills that drive you to dive deep into the 'why' behind every challenge to uncover the best path forward.
- Proficiency G -Suite to keep operations running smoothly.
- Clear and engaging communication that fosters understanding and trust.
- Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong organizational skills to keep all the details in perfect order.
- A valid driver's license and a safe driving record to bring the magic of simplified health across your territory.
- Willingness to travel within British Columbia, and occasionally to Alberta and Ontario.
