**Job Title**: Formwork Superintendent

**Location**: Vancouver, BC

**About Us**:
We are currently seeking a **Formwork Superintendent** to join our team in Vancouver, overseeing the execution of formwork on major construction sites.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communication with GC, Superintendents, Engineers, & Project Managers
- Site logistics - trailer set up, laydown area
- Managing deliveries of required materials / Glenform drivers’ availability. Photos & quantities sent to office
- Review invoices sent by coordinator / PMs to approve or request alterations as needed
- Manpower forecast
- Crane board & deliveries
- Daily log & photos - checking quality of work
- Trade meetings & ordering Sub Trade as required - pumps, placing crews, finishers etc.
- Booking Legal Engineer Review of formwork & following up for pre pour letters.
- Ensuring engineered drawings are being created to your needs by Coordinator - review & provide feedback on drawings before stamped.
- Schedule
- 6 week ‘look ahead’ updated & shared with PM
- Review baseline schedule, identifying any potential delays
- Drawings
- Ensure pouring all concrete per details - embeds/chamfers/drip edge etc.
- RFIs
- Change Orders - identify & notify Coordinator
- Review of critical consumable elements for the following month

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
