SignalChem is now expanding its capabilities and creating multiple new positions.

SignalChem Biotech Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of human resources functions. This role involves supporting HR initiatives, maintaining compliance, and providing administrative and operational support to employees and management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in onboarding new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring new hire paperwork is completed.
- Create training materials and onboarding modules to ensure smooth employee onboarding and adjustment into the company.
- Maintain and update employee files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
- Track employee leave and attendance records.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Manage HR correspondence, such as employment verification letters and policy updates.
- Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
- Support HR initiatives to foster a positive work environment and maintain a high level of employee satisfaction.
- Update and maintain HR databases and systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR support role or administrative position.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience coordinating recruitment or onboarding processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-service mindset.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
