Job Summary:
**MUST HAVE PERVIOUS REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT EXPERIENCE**
We The Muraca Group are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to join our team. As a Real Estate Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our real estate agents and assist with various tasks related to property management and client services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the real estate industry and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client files
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate property showings and open houses, ensuring properties are well-presented and ready for viewing
- Conduct market research and assist with property listings, including writing descriptions and uploading photos
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other professionals involved in real estate transactions
- Assist with property management tasks such as coordinating repairs and maintenance requests
- Help negotiate contracts and facilitate the closing process for real estate transactions
- Maintain organized records of all transactions, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

**Skills**:

- Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we serve a diverse client base
- Strong negotiation skills to assist in contract negotiations
- Organizational skills to manage multiple properties and transactions simultaneously
- Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends
- Bilingual proficiency in [languages] is highly desirable
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
