- Manage TikTok community engagement, including commenting, liking, and sorting through tags, while keeping up with TikTok hair influencers.
- Post video content on TikTok 1-2 times a day, ensuring content is high-quality, up to date with current trends, and aligns with brand values and messaging.
- Generate creative ideas for video content and curate user-generated content (UGC) to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Stay up-to-date with current TikTok trends, hashtags, and challenges across the professional hair and beauty industry, and incorporate them into content strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and messaging, translating them into visually compelling narratives consistent with brand voice.

**Requirements**:

- Strong proficiency and experience in video editing software, specifically CapCut, and other creative tools to produce visually appealing and well-edited video content.
- Must have proven experience using TikTok as a content creator and a deep understanding of its features and algorithms. Portfolio of previous viral video content preferred.
- Willingness to be on camera and ability to effectively communicate and engage with audiences.
- Talkative and personable demeanor, with a passion for entertaining through social media.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional marketing teams.
- Responsible and able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Knowledge, experience and/or familiarity with professional hair and beauty industry preferred.
