Job Summary:
**As a Marketing Manager, a typical day might include the following**:

- Plan and oversee all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Deployment of the overall event and brand campaign planning process including the briefing and co-ordination of all planned communication activities
- Coordination and execution of brand deployment through various marketing tactics and such as print ads, radio commercials, flyers and dealership initiative events.
- Development of marketing activities and campaigns which aligns dealership goals
- Identify opportunities for marketing and social media activities to increase traffic, conversion and sales
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Planning and maintaining monthly Marketing budget
- Evaluate, analyze and determine ROI on various marketing activities
- Update, manage and optimize the design, content, layout and messaging strategies for company website
- Create social media marketing strategies to create a buzz
- Tracking of social media analytics and performance
- Perform day to day marketing activities as required

**This position might be right for you if**:

- Post-Secondary education in Marketing and/or advertisement
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in non-management Marketing and Advertisement level with minimum 2 years of experience in Management
- Prior relevant experience in the automotive industry is an asset
- Previous experience in search engine optimization and on-line marketing
- Understanding of current marketing and social media trends
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to develop and present presentations and/or proposals
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple duties and projects at any given time
