Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Almond Nail Bar's social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok,

Facebook, LinkedIn).

  • Plan and execute digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Develop engaging photo and video content in collaboration with our creative

team.

  • Create and maintain a content calendar aligned with promotions, events, and

launches.

  • Track and analyze performance metrics; optimize campaigns for engagement

and conversions.

  • Support franchise and store-level marketing initiatives while maintaining

consistent brand identity.

  • Research and identify influencer partnerships and emerging social trends.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital

marketing.

  • Proficient with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Canva or

Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and performance tracking.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and creative storytelling skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location

environment.

  • Experience in beauty, fashion, or retail marketing is an asset.
