We are seeking a Front Desk Manager (Receptionist) to join our dental office team and provide exceptional dental services to our patients. If you are an experienced Frontdesk Manager (receptionist) with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, we would love for you to join us.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Greet and check-in patients, and assist them with appointment scheduling and registration.

2. Coordinate communication between patients and dental providers, and provide patients with necessary information and recommendations.

3. Manage patient records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

4. Maintain the daily operations of the office, including cleaning the restroom, organizing magazines, and preparing refreshments.

5. Assist dental providers and other staff members with various tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:
1. One or more years of experience as a front-desk manager (receptionist), with preference given to those with experience in the dental industry.

2. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle patient inquiries and needs in a professional and friendly manner.

3. Proficiency in office software and basic computer skills.

4. Strong teamwork management skills, with the ability to coordinate with other staff members to complete tasks.

5. Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle information and records accurately.

ABELDent and Dental office working expereince are assets

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
