We’re looking for a hands-on Filmmaker, Videographer, and Multimedia Producer who can bring their creative vision to life. In this role, you’ll be deeply involved in every stage of video creation, from shooting and editing to producing multimedia content that resonates with our audience. **WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

Multimedia Production:

- Design and create motion graphics, special effects, and animations for various digital platforms, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Produce and edit virtual tour videos of a wide range of properties for social media and websites.
- Produce high-energy trailers, in-depth interviews and commercials as needed.
- Research and develop engaging and platform-specific multimedia trends and content for social media, to ensure high engagement.
- Assist the Multimedia Team Lead, Graphic Design Team Lead, and Creative Director with various tasks as needed.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Translate verbal and written instructions and feedback into compelling designs.

**WHAT WILL YOU NEED?**
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in media production, digital media, video editing, motion design, photography/graphic design, creative journalism, or a related field.
- At least 4+ years of professional experience in video production, editing, and design.
- Proven expertise in multimedia skills through a **professional portfolio.**:

- Awareness of pre-production, production, and post-production processes for various types of creative projects.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite including Premiere Pro, After Effects, illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve is an asset.
- Ability and flexibility to travel to various locations across Canada and the United States, and to accommodate filming outside regular work hours (including evenings and weekends) on rare occasions.
- A certified drone operator is an asset.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation, fostering effective collaboration with clients and team members.
