**The Opportunity**

SunMETA Group is currently seeking to fill the permanent role of Multimedia Manager in **Calgary, Alberta.**

You will lead a talented team of graphic designer(s) and video editor(s), ensuring that all multimedia projects align with our brand's goals and deliver exceptional results on time, while staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our multimedia content fresh and innovative.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Proficiency in video production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
- Experience with content management systems
- Strong photography and videography skills, including directing, filming, and editing.
- Understanding of SEO principles and how multimedia content impacts search engine rankings.
- Manage the end-to-end production process for multimedia projects, from concept to completion, including reviewing and approving multimedia content to ensure it meets not only our brand guidelines, but also the goals and objectives of the campaign(s).
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze performance data from multimedia campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize content.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., social media insights) to track performance.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Film Production, or a related field.
- A minimum of five (5+) years of experience in multimedia content creation, including videography, photography, and graphic design.
- Professional certifications in multimedia, video production, or digital marketing are a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, organize and manage a team of creatives.
- Lead and mentor the multimedia team, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities with ease.
- Excellent active listening and attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a creative team, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful multimedia campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with media content creation for blogs, websites, and social media platforms, including knowledge of best practices for each medium.
- Eligible to work in Canada

**Job Type**: Full-time

Pay: $64,000.00-$74,000.00 per year
