**Job Summary**:
The Hardware Procurement Analyst will be responsible for managing the day-to-day purchasing requests, ensuring both cost-effective and timely acquisition of high-quality products from our various vendors. In addition to procurement, this role also involves managing inventory levels, negotiating with suppliers, collaborating with other departments and shipping/receiving of equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supplier Management**: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- **Cost Management**: Analyze and manage procurement costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure budget adherence.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of hardware.
- **Interdepartmental Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to fulfil their hardware purchasing requirements and provide procurement support.
- **Facilities**: Handling deliveries and shipments from our shipping/receiving departments along with visitor help, when appropriate.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT and with computer hardware.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of IT and computer hardware products and market trends.
- Organizational and time management skills.
