Pacific Salmon industries Inc. needs detail oriented and experienced professionals like you. Join Pacific Salmon Industries Inc. as Inventory and Production Support for our seafood processing facility, located in Surrey, British Columbia. We are looking for a team-player who can work in at a multifaceted job and balance multiple priorities and tasks. This role will report to the President.
Being proficient in Word and Excel is a must.
**Job Functions /General Responsibilities**
(Include, but are not limited to):
- Understand Production flow, paper flow, organizational (PSI) requirements
- Working with Production Personnel in providing accurate, up to date information to the inventory control
- Organize and file Production Documentation to Pacific Salmon standards
- Being proficient in Excel and file formatting (PDF creation) is a must
- General office duties such as photocopying, distributing mail, filing, organizing
- Accurately organize paperwork for job disbursements
- assist in entering inventory into Microsoft Dynamics in a timely manner
- Be active member of Recall team
- ability to track production and recovery data
- assist in procedures to generate production invoices
**Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills**
- Proven track record of being detail oriented and professional with a high level of efficiency and numerical accuracy
- Exceptionally strong communication skills with experience in customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to efficiently multitask, with an aptitude to understand complexities in order to set priorities and manage workload accordingly by demonstrating superior prioritization and time management skills
- Analytical problem solver with an ability to think quickly and perform problem-solving tasks, even within changing conditions
- An innovative approach to continuous improvements
- Willingness and ability to learn and perform duties within/outside of job description as required to accomplish the company’s goals
