We are seeking skilled and motivated **Machine Operators** to join our dynamic team. As a **Machine Operator**, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting precision machinery to meet production requirements. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to work collaboratively, and a commitment to producing high-quality products that meet strict specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Machine Operation & Maintenance**:
- Operate and maintain precision machinery, ensuring consistent production of high-quality components.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Adjust machine settings to meet production specifications and maintain operational efficiency.
- **Quality Assurance & Compliance**:
- Inspect and verify the quality of components, ensuring adherence to strict technical specifications.
- Report any non-conformance issues to the Supervisor or Quality Assurance.
- Complete machine documentation daily, including inputting quantities, timelines, and other key production data using computer systems.
- **Production Efficiency & Team Collaboration**:
- Work with the team to meet daily production goals, ensuring quality and quantity requirements are met within established timeframes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to monitor machinery processes and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Actively participate in problem-solving and troubleshooting machine-related issues to minimize production delays.
- **Safety and Housekeeping**:
- Ensure that safety protocols are always followed and report any unsafe conditions or potential hazards to the Supervisor.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area to promote safety and operational efficiency.
- Assist with preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the machines are operating at peak efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- **Mechanical Aptitude**: A basic understanding of machine operation and mechanical systems. Training will be provided for specific machinery.
- **Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting**: Ability to quickly identify issues and implement solutions to keep production running smoothly.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- **Team-Oriented**: Must be a team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work cooperatively with diverse teams.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to changing production demands in a fast-paced environment.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to sit or stand at a machine for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
- **Computer Skills**: Basic computer skills to complete documentation and input production data.
- **Safety Awareness**: Commitment to adhering to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
