Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Conduct vehicle inspections and provide repair recommendations
- Create and explain estimates for repairs and services
- Schedule appointments and manage the service calendar
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles
- Process payments and handle cash transactions

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership setting is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling, invoicing, and record keeping
- Cash handling experience is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

- Langley, BC V4W 3X1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
