We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Branch Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their automotive service experience. **Duties**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assess customer needs by listening attentively and asking relevant questions about their vehicle issues.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of services.
- Manage service appointments and follow up with customers regarding their vehicle status.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Manage fleet customers insuring they are getting a top notch service experience.
- Assist Operations Coordinator & Owners with inventory levels, New products, As well as new processes to better organize a fast paced busy shop.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to dealership standards.
- Stay updated on automotive repair trends and dealership promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive or sales environment.
- Strong sales abilities with a focus on upselling services.
- Basic mechanical knowledge or experience as a mechanic is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cash handling processes and dealership operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for the automotive industry and helping customers with their vehicle needs.

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
